Postage & Delivery

Dispatch day:

Currently, we have one weekly dispatch day. Our postal bakes and cookie pies are freshly made on Tuesdays ready for dispatch on Wednesdays. We then aim to deliver your order the next working day (Thursday). Please ensure your order is placed by Midnight Tuesday to receive within the same week. Placing an order after midnight Tuesday will mean your order will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible to your chosen address. Once we confirm your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

Please note that our postal boxes will not fit in your letterbox. If you are not going to be at home when your delivery is due you can make an alternative delivery arrangement by entering your tracking number into the Royal Mail website..

Local Collection

When purchasing any of our products from our online shop, you will have the choice to collect from our takeaway cafe instead of opting for delivery. Orders for collection are on a Thursday and Friday.

All of our bakes are wrapped and packaged in a strong and secure box. This ensures your chosen bakes arrive safe and sound to your chosen delivery location.

Please note: due to our products being food items, we are unable to accept returns. If you find any issues at all with your delivery please do contact us.
