1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the purchase of cookie pies, tray bakes, and any other products ("Products") offered by Three Bears Bakes Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order through our website or accepting delivery of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or place an order.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an Order: When you place an order via our website, you are making an offer to purchase the Products, subject to these Terms. Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm it by sending an order confirmation email to the email address you provided.

  • Order Confirmation: Once we have processed your order and confirmed it, we will send a confirmation email. This email will include the details of the order, delivery address, and estimated delivery date. If there is any error in your order details, you must notify us immediately.

3. Product Availability

  • Stock Availability: All Products are subject to availability. If any of the Products are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for a refund or an alternative product.

  • Substitutes: If a specific ingredient or item within a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a substitute of similar quality. If this occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to approve or decline the substitution.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods as displayed on our website. Payment is required at the time of ordering.

  • Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds or cancellations may only be made in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy (see section 7). If an order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund the total amount, minus any applicable processing fees.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We offer delivery to any location within the UK. The cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout, however, postage is usually a flat rate of £5.00. All of our products are posted via Royal Mail 24 to ensure your order arrives within 2 working days.

  • Delivery Times: Our postal bakes are freshly made on Tuesdays for dispatch on Wednesdays for delivery by Thursday/Friday. Orders must be made before midnight on any given Tuesday for delivery for delivery in the following Thursday/Friday

  • Order Please note that our postal boxes will not fit in your letterbox so if you are not going to be in please leave a note for the postman to leave in a safe place.

  • We aim to deliver within the timescales indicated on our website. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to external factors (e.g., postal or courier delays).

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries. We reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred due to the incorrect address provided.

6. Product Quality and Storage

  • Shelf Life: The shelf life of each product will be indicated on the packaging.

  • Storage: Upon receipt, you should store the Products as directed on the packaging. We recommend consuming the Products within the stated time for best quality.

  • Allergens and Dietary Requirements: All ingredients used in our Products are listed on the product page. Please ensure you check the Allergens & Ingredients information before placing an order. If you have any dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to check our ingredients list carefully.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do our upmost to ensure that your order arrives at your postal address in perfect condition. Due to our products being perishable items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been dispatched from our bakery, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds: If your order arrives significantly damaged upon arrival due to mishandling during transit, we will evaluate the situation and may place a claim through our shipping partner, Royal Mail, to facilitate a refund for you.

We will only process refunds for orders damaged to the extent that they are unsuitable for consumption. Minor cosmetic imperfections or slight damage that does not impact the integrity of the products will not qualify for a refund.

Address Errors: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. In the event that an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is unable to be delivered, we cannot be held responsible once the package has left our bakery. We will not issue refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Quality Assurance: Rest assured, Three Bears Bakes assures that all products leave our bakery in perfect condition amd securely packaged to withstand transit via Royal Mail. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to address your concern

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds for damaged or incorrect Products will be issued after we have verified the issue. Any issues with delivery must be raised within 48 hours.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Right to Cancel: If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not longer possible. In such cases, please refer to the 7. Returns and Refunds section.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect data to process orders, deliver products, and improve your shopping experience.
